Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the NarratIQ service, published by Matheo Zimmer, sole trader, SIRET 10504893800010, 10 Rue Carnot, 54550 Pont-Saint-Vincent, France (hereinafter “NarratIQ”).

Use of the service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these ToS. These ToS apply to any professional (freelancer, agency, consultant) using NarratIQ in the course of their business.

2. Service description

NarratIQ is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform enabling digital professionals to:

• Connect their clients' Google Analytics 4 and Meta Ads accounts
• View multi-client analytics dashboards
• Generate personalised professional PDF reports
• Configure alerts on key metrics
• Automate periodic reporting

NarratIQ is aimed at freelance web developers and digital consultants as well as digital agencies and studios.

NarratIQ reserves the right to evolve the service features at any time, including adding, modifying or removing features, subject to notifying users with reasonable notice.

3. Registration and access

Access to the service requires creating an account with a professional email address. Authentication is via magic link sent by email; no password is stored.

The user warrants that the information provided at registration is accurate and up to date. They are solely responsible for the security of their email access. NarratIQ cannot be held liable for any unauthorised use resulting from compromise of the user's email address.

A free 14-day trial is granted to every new user on the chosen plan, with no commitment and no credit card required. After this period, the subscription is charged according to the chosen plan, unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Pricing plans

All prices are shown excluding VAT. As a French micro-entrepreneur under the VAT exemption scheme (art. 293B of the French General Tax Code), NarratIQ does not apply VAT to its services.

5. Payment and billing

Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. NarratIQ never stores card payment data.

6. Cancellation

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, via the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Data remains accessible until that date.

In the event of a breach of these ToS, NarratIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice and without refund for the remaining period.

Upon cancellation, all user data is deleted within 30 days, in accordance with the Privacy policy.

7. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the service only for lawful professional purposes
• Have the necessary authorisation from their clients to connect GA4 and Meta accounts
• Not share access with unauthorised third parties
• Not attempt to circumvent the limitations of their chosen plan
• Not use the service for abusive automation (scraping, spam, etc.)
• Notify NarratIQ immediately in the event of account compromise

8. Liability

NarratIQ undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure service availability (target: 99.5% monthly uptime), without being able to guarantee uninterrupted access.

NarratIQ cannot be held liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by third-party APIs (Google Analytics, Meta, Stripe)
• Loss of data resulting from intentional deletion by the user
• Decisions made by the user based on data provided by the service
• Any indirect damage resulting from use of the service

NarratIQ's liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the NarratIQ service (source code, interface, brand, logo, documentation) are the exclusive property of Matheo Zimmer / NarratIQ. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

The user retains ownership of their data (client configurations, generated reports). NarratIQ claims no rights over such data.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. By accepting these ToS, the user acknowledges having read that policy.

11. ToS amendments

NarratIQ reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of any material change by email or in-app notification, with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution within 30 days, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
