Is NarratIQ free?
NarratIQ offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required. Plans start at €9.99/month after the trial.
Do I need to give my client access to my GA4 to generate a report?
No. You connect your own Google Analytics 4 account to NarratIQ via secure OAuth. Your client sees nothing: they only receive the final PDF report you send them.
Which analytics tools are supported?
Google Analytics 4 is fully supported. Meta Ads integration is under development and will be available soon.
How many clients can I manage?
Plans range from 3 clients (Solo at €9.99/month) to unlimited (Agency at €39.99/month). A 14-day free trial is available on all plans.
Is my clients' data secure?
Yes. NarratIQ stores no raw GA4 data in the database. Metrics only transit through a time-limited encrypted cache. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Your data stays in Europe (EU infrastructure).
How does my client receive the report?
The report is generated as a PDF from the app in under 30 seconds. You download it and send it to your client via whatever channel you already use: email, Drive, Notion, etc.
Does NarratIQ work with the old Google Analytics (Universal Analytics)?
No. Universal Analytics was shut down by Google in July 2024. NarratIQ only supports Google Analytics 4, the current standard.
