Hi, I'm Mathéo. A developer based in France with an engineering degree, I run NarratIQ as an independent. I code, I design, I listen to my users, and I improve the tool with their feedback.
Google Analytics 4 is a powerful tool, but its interfaces are not designed to be shown directly to an e-commerce client or a small business. The metrics are new (engaged sessions, engagement rate, active users), the concepts take time to explain, and most clients don't know what to look at.
By talking with freelancers and agencies about their reporting routine, I identified what was costing them most: redoing the same reports, over and over, every month, for every client.
